God allows trials to test our faith. Our trials, though sometimes incredibly confusing and painful, initiate a process that teaches perseverance which deepens and matures our faith in a way nothing else can. If you’re in the midst of a trial, be encouraged today. Your trial has purpose. It forces dependence on God. It tests you. It molds you, eventually creating you into an overcomer, with a powerful testimony. “Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance. Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything. James 1:2-4
