God gave me a word this morning, that I need to share with all my single and dating sisters. As I woke up this morning and looked over to the empty spot in my bed where one day my future King will lay, I realized the importance of not settling for a temporary bed warmer but knowing my worth and waiting on that man God is forging through the fire for me. Having an imposter in your bed works as well as putting a band-aid on a bullet wound. The one for me will be my cheerleader, my prayer partner, my co-empire builder, my confidant, and my bestfriend. Ladies we often settle for the sake of having someone to keep that side of the bed warm, but I would much rather turn the heat up and wait rather than deal with a man with no vision or good intentions for my life. Ladies our good things are coming and in some cases he may already be here, but know your worth. You have ever right to be picky and precautious with those we interview to fill that empty spot. This message was for me but I am sure it will help at least one other woman. Dont let the cold of winter or the love of holiday companionship make you entertain a Joker, because your King may past you by.
