God had predestined Moses for his special assignment of leading the children of Israel out of Egypt... . When he was born, many babies were killed, but he was spared...God will preserve you for your assignment. . He was raised in Pharoahs palace...everything you have gone through was part of the bigger plan of God for your life . He learnt all the ways of Egypt and was highly schooled in Egypt, but when he met God in the burning bush, he realized that he stammered...your experience is not what God is looking for. . He grew restless with the easy life of Egypt because destiny was calling . He tried to do things his way, by killing the Egyptian and later fleeing for his life, but all that was orchestrated by God to take him into the wilderness where all his Egyptian ways had to die. In the wilderness, it is total dependence on God. . When God gave him an anointed staff to use, he threw it down and it became a snake in front of Pharoah, but Pharoahs men also threw theirs down and they became snakes. Moses stick swallowed theirs because his God was greater then theirs and by so doing, he took their power away from them. . God told Moses that ...I have made you a god over Pharoah because Pharoah was a god himself. God is giving you authority over those that had power over you before as long as you come in the name of the Lord. God is raising a Moses generation who will lead others to the promised land in our day. They have willingly left Egypt and all its luxuries and gone into the wilderness, allowing to be used by God. They will do mighty exploits in His name. Even if the Pharoahs they meet are mighty, their God is greater. You can choose to be one of them by giving God true Lordship over your life. Being a Moses calls for living a life where you only move when God moves, speak when He speaks and say only what He tells you to say.
