God is in Control. 06292014 Where is your faith, when others around you are losing sight and beliefs? When confronted by doubt, change and controversy, they scatter and become like wheat that is blown after thrashing. You have been instructed on the ways of the world, been through the warfare of spiritual reckoning and unlike a tree that is planted beside the water, you shift and move and become uprooted and fail, never to regain your individual strength. Where are you Church, where are your convictions and where is your faith? Through it all, we are changing, we are in the refiners fire, we are learning and becoming what we should have been taught as children. Lean upon the Lord, study his true ways and resist temptation. Cease your backbiting and contentious ways,look to the Elders for guidance and understanding during times of trials and tribulations. Sounds simple enough, when you allow those who lead to be transparent. Instructions comes not through trust in man, but in Faith in God. Faith in God; is complete without hesitiation, without thought or reservation but in total simple trust. Where is your faith? We are told of tribulations and times that the church will face persecution and be tested for their sincerity and their adherence to scripture. Does the enemy-the devil, the antichrist, work among us, yes he does and it is by the destruction of the church, usually from within and without warning. Peter was strong, Thomas, a doubter and so many of us fail to live under the very basic stewardship of principles set by the early church. You have heard that when the going gets tough, the tough get going. This should be rephrased to: When the Church is weak, the strong should lead it, guide it and set it upon the straight and narrow path. Not find a reason for early buffet and changing churches due to personal dissatisfaction. If you follow the ten commandments and repent and live your life according to the beliefs of your faith, you dont abandon them, you see what prayer and attendance can do to rebuild and to show unity. If you leave the church, do it because of your failure, not the failure of God to provide for each day ; for everyday is a gift to learn and to love and to forgive and to be Christ like in your example and daily walk. Let the weak become strong, pray for those who are hurt and accept that in your life and in your church, doubts and chaos can happen, but Where is your faith? Let me live my life to be wholly and acceptable to God, you live your life and find the fulfillment you are seeking for your eternity.
