God is so good! He does answer prayers!! As some of you know, Mark was diagnosed with Graves Disease just over a year ago. Luckily, he has felt fine, but his doc insisted he should be feeling terrible according to the levels of his thyroid hormone. We knew God was already working! The doc also told us that Graves is not common in people with 21 ( we arent allowed to call it Down syndrome, according to Mark, he doesnt have that either!). Anyway, studies in people with 21 who do have Graves typically do not respond to medication and have to have surgery or radiation to remove the thyroid. His doctor was sure Mark would be going through radiation this spring break, but Mark and God knew he wouldnt! Test results came back perfect, he IS responding to the medication! We still have to watch it, but for now, Mark will get his spring break!!!! Thank you to those who have prayed for Mark!!! Thank you God!!!
