God says: L E T _ G O ! ! ! God: The thing is, every time when that feeling of freedom, peace, happiness and passion rises, you choose to allow fear and doubt overwhelm it. What is it then that you fear so much? Do you fear that you might be disappointed? What is disappointment? Have you ever taken time to ask yourself that question? I shall not answer it for you but this I will tell you, letting go and disappointment do not exist in the same being at the same time. When one dominates the mind, it does so as a result of the weakness of the other. To simplify this; you may never get disappointed if you had completely let go. Letting go means freedom from any result or expectation. Letting go is the key to total peace, freedom and happiness and yet it is what you fear the most to do. When you let go, you allow the perfection of nature guide you into perfection. You tend to separate yourself from nature, whereas in truth, you are nature. I have heard you differentiate between what is man-made and what is natural. What is made by any other creature, you call it nature but what is made by a man, you call it man-made. Why so? A man is part of nature too. Whatever that is made by man is nature. Cars are nature. Computers are nature. Houses and buildings are nature. There is nothing in this universe that is not nature. Why then separate yourself from what everything in the universe is? Learn and practice, therefore, to find pleasure in letting go, it’s your only key to freedom. You are not to do it as a once off thing, as a thing of certain times in certain places and with certain people and situations. You are to make it your daily habit. • Let go of expecting the world to be the way you want it to be. • Let go of expectations • Let go of attachments • Let go of judging • Let go of comparing • Let go of your pride and ego • Let go of your needs • Let go of your doubts and fears • Let go of your reputation • Let go of your desire to please • Let go of your guilt and worry
