God sees sin from the nature, thats why no matter how perfect or morally acceptable a person can be in peoples eyes but according to their nature God sees them as sinful. Now a sinful nature or flesh is changed when one believes in Christ(becomes new creation), they received a new birth of the Spirit, in Gods eyes they no more sinners but saints(Christ Righteousness), and about sin(actions/lawless deed) God says I will by no means remember nor count them.
