God, today help us to choose joy! No. Matter. What. When we face frustrating circumstances help us to block any anger, bitterness, and complaining that rises up inside of us and instead pray Your word: For You are my strength and shield. I trust you with all my heart. You help me, and my heart is filled with JOY. I burst out in songs of thanksgiving (Psalm 28:7). Father, we know You go with us wherever we go. You help us. We dont have to worry or be depressed! Remind us of all the great things You have done for us in the past. If you did it then, you will do it again!
