***Gods Design For His Church*** *The Implications of God’s Creation of Humanity as Male and Female* Churches should structure themselves so that men hold the primary teaching roles of the Church. This would not only mean the teaching and preaching to the gathered assembly of believers, but would also include Sunday school classes or household Bible studies where both men and women are present. In the Church, there are immeasurable opportunities for those who genuinely want to serve the Lord. We are all aware of the many afflictions of mankind, and we should be motivated to action by the fact that God has a place of service for all believers. The Body of Christ is designed to include a diversity of gifts {1st Corinthians 12:7-21}. This diversity brings about a certain unity, since each member of the body is set there according to “Gods good pleasure {v. 18}. The biblical position on gender roles is not preoccupied with restrictions, but concerns itself with every members participation within the Body of Christ. While authority over men in the Church is a responsibility given to men alone {1st Timothy 2:12}, there are many ministries that do not require this teaching or ruling function. So many genuine needs exist in the Church and in the world that no man or woman should feel excluded from ministry, based on whether one is qualified to serve as an elder or pastor. *Marred By the Fall* Marred by the fall; the fall distorted the roles of men and women. The proper relationship of the Christian husband and wife involves the loving, humble headship of the husband and the intelligent, willing submission of the wife {1st Peter 3:1-7; Ephesians 5:22-33}. In the Church, the root problem is the same; resistance to biblically prescribed roles; in some cases, this resistance is willful and intentional. In many more instances, it results from well-intended yet misconstrued teachings of Scripture/the Word of God. The Bible teaches that the leadership positions of the Church are to be held by men {1st Timothy 2:12} and yet affirms that the example of the Nazarene {Jesus} and the fruit of the Spirit must govern this leadership {Ephesians 5:22-33; Galatians 5:22-23}. For men in Church, the practical outworking of resistance to biblical roles can manifest itself either in ungodly domination or in weakness and passivity. The Bible prohibits women from usurping this authority structure {1st Timothy 2:12} and yet affirms the role of women in particular ministries, especially as they relate to other women {Titus 2: 3-5}. For women in the Church, perversions of biblical roles may lead to dissatisfaction with and rejection of these biblically ordained responsibilities. *Redeemed by Christ* The original creation involved male headship and female submission between Adam and Eve, and sin brought about a perversion of these roles. In the Christian household, redemption does not negate the distinct roles of men and women, instead, seen in light of God’s redemption, these roles become a picture of the relationship between Christ and the Church {Ephesians 5:22-33; Colossians 3:18-19}. Men should bear primary leadership responsibility not only in their households, but also in the Church. In the Church as in the household, redemption does not blur gender roles. To the contrary, redemption empowers men and women to fulfill their roles in ways that acknowledge qualified men as teachers and leaders, both of men and women. For those who claim that this limits the involvement of women, it must be noted that a vast range of needs and opportunities exist for women to teach and lead other women in faithful obedience to “God’s” design and to God’s Word {Titus 2:3-5}... *The million-dollar question is, why can’t people just arrange their homes and Churches the way that seem best to them? Could it be that the authority of Scripture could be at stake, the health and unity of the family at stake, the health of the Church at stake, and most importantly, hinder the advance of the Gospel of Christ? {Ephesians 5:22-33; Deuteronomy 6:1-9}…Whom are we to please, self {Mammon} or God; for me and my house, we are going to follow and please God!!! ***Aint nobody mad at this biblically sound truth, but the devil and I pray that the Lord God Almighty bind up Satan and his demons {all Workers Of Iniquities} and cast them all into the Lake of Fire/Hell***
