Gods plans are always bigger than mans and I marvel at His wonderful ways. I am now $1,000.00 closer to my car goal thanks to God speaking to a single person. I met a lady on Friday who after talking with her for a while we discovered we shared the same Christian Faith. Before I knew it I began to cry and I told her why I was feeling so down. She took my hand and then hugged me and told me that she was going to include me in her group of friends. She said that they get together once a week for a Bible discussion and also plan activities for fun. I was so comforted by her warmth and kindness. It felt like Jesus wrapped His arms around me. Then this new friend did something amazing. She reached in her purse and took out 10 $100.00 bills and gave them to me. You see she was leaving for vacation and had just stopped at the bank and took out extra money for her trip. I was completely overwhelmed and to think that she sacrificed some of her vacation money for me. Isnt that what Jesus has done for us. He sacrificed His life so that all who call on Him would be saved. Oh Father God thank you from the bottom of my heart for hearing me and the prayers of my friends. I may not hear from each of you individually but I thank you my friends for your gifts of prayers, they help us more than you know.
