Going home!!!a letter from Kevin Clarke lawyer!! I attended court late today and had a Crown Pre-Trial. The Crown is agreeable to varying Kevins Bail to allow him to return to the address on Silversprings provided he not initiate any contact with the superintendent Valero Astroza. The case was remanded until tomorrow - Friday November 28 in 407 court at 9:00. I will be there at about 11:45am to get the papers signed. Kevin has to sign off on the variation as does his surety Janet Rivers. I left a message with Janet on her voice mail. I missed Kevin in court by about 5 minutes today and his voice mail was full.
