Going today to Brenham Texas to celebrate their annual WINE SWIRL FESTIVAL / tasting event that is held every year on the 3rd Saturday of every year. Mid-State represents lots of the wines that are displayed during this festival held from 3pm to 7pm today. It is a lot of fun for non and wine aficionados. People shop while they taste wines in the boutique Brenham stores and than they buy lots of wine at a retail outlet called YUMMs. Today we will be tasting wines from Bulgaria (Ch Burgozone), Italy (la passione), Chile (Tarapaca and Doña Isadora), Argentina (Medrano and Tierra brisa), Washington (Sierra Peaks, Camaraderie, Texas (Val Verde), Spain (Valduero, Sierra selections), Orgegon (Del Rio winery), WIlson Creek almond, Peach and Bellini etc etc. Next year come and play in the country with style.
