Golan Heights .. and so my frinds to a true story.. last year when things where quite on the border , my son in law Smulich who is a fItness trainer , did a special event where his " Spinning Clients" where invited to do an out door 2 hour marathon spinning while facing the Border followed by breakfast . This year he didi it again but had to delay it due to the explosive situation there .. still he went aahead but this time till sunset follwed by dinner! .. and here are a few pics from this .. jasmine,. hili and i left early ( Emma who is only one and 9 months stayed at home )as she is away to Canada tomorrow with her work with the Canadian Jewish Agency.
