News spread and this started a mad rush, which eventually came to be called fools, fools gold rush. The place came to be known by the name of the Irishman who found the gold as _________ Find (X). A town developed and and everyone was mining for gold. Buildings were built with rocks discarded by the miners. When nuggets became scarce, tension grew among the residents and sometimes near riots broke out because commodities became expensive and scarce in the town. Then they realized that gold can be extracted by heating the rocks at relatively low temperature. This particular kind of rock is called ________(Z) Another frenzy ensued. Every rock and stone in the town was dug out. Sidewalks were chiseled. People even destroyed their own houses and chimneys to procure rocks.
