Golden Veterans Parade 50th Anniversary Commemoration To all Concerned, I just want all to know as timely as possible. The four attachments were forwarded to me by the Miami-Dade County Commissioners office, after I completed American Legion Post 346 application entry for the Vietnam Parade also attached (as an FYI). After speaking Oct 9, 2013 with the person in-charge of the parade Logistics. He is hoping to get even more people to sign up and attend. See the information (plenty of details just click on them), others may want to join in and complete their applications. The County is pulling all the stops to honor Vietnam Veterans specially, but all veterans and scouts are welcomed (I been informed it is a teacher work, so kids are not in school). They just wanted to plan accordingly with better numbers. I told them I would forward to all in the Southern area veterans & scouts, so everybody could have a heads up.
