Gondwana Link: an environmental success story In south-west Western Australia - farmers, ecologists, traditional owners, volunteers and corporates are working together to create a conservation corridor of habitat 1,000 long. The Nature Foundation SA properties Hiltaba Hiltaba Nature Reserve and Witchelina Nature Reserve are both part of larger corridors. Hiltaba is part of the East meets West Naturelinks corridor - spanning the central Eyre Peninsula to the Western Australian border. Witchelina is part of the first transcontinental wildlife corridor being created through the heart of Australias outback, between Port Augusta and Arnhem Land. Looking at the big picture these large-scale landscape scale conservation corridors are bringing people and private and public entities together to work to a common goal - the long-term conservation of habitat. abc.net.au/environment/articles/2014/05/26/4010942.htm
