Good Afternoon, Everyone! Happy New Years Eve! As most of my closest friends are aware, I have a tendency to make rash, impulsive decisions. Today was no exception. This time, however, I trusted my gut and my Sweet Fiancée, Susan, and did not cave into the impulse, in fact, I stayed calm, and stood my ground. Susan and I went to a Toyota dealership to look at Prius models. We were able to take a Prius II for a test drive, which we enjoyed. I explained to the dealer that we were looking today and not interested in buying, and in spite of the dealers best efforts to sell us a car, I said no, repeatedly. In the end, Susan and I prevailed, much wiser and happier. Eventually, we will get a Prius, but only when the best opportunity for us is provided. It would be wrong to purchase a car at this time, as I am striving to save up for our upcoming wedding and also, to pay back our friends who helped us in our time of need.
