Good Afternoon! I have two weeks left in the nutrition challenge - TopicsExpress

Good Afternoon! I have two weeks left in the nutrition challenge and things have been going great. I believe it is going so well because I have treated this challenge as a lifestyle change and a way to get better at the box. I am now finding ways to stay more consistent and just simply own up to the cravings. I know this is a new way of life for me so might as well put my best foot forward. On that note here are some of the other things that have been happening. I have only lost 2 lbs. and I am excited about that. I have gained strength and muscle. I have gone from a large to a small in my shirts. I went from a size 8 to a 4 in some shorts and 6 in some pants. Sports bras are getting too big so that is another thing I need to go and get. The other day I was looking for a shirt and realized that half my closet was full of large shirts and I need to go shopping. In the box my improvements are being able to do a kipping handstand pushup on plates, do a pull up, do toes to bar, correct form with the kettle bell and was able to swing a 35 lb. kettle bell on Saturday with no problem, able to do an overhead squat with 45 lbs.; before I could barely hold 15 lbs. over my head, do double unders; still working on stringing them together, 20" box jump; before I was doing the baby box, and the list goes on and on. I have accomplished these things in a little over 2 months. I do have a list of things that humble me every time I get to the box, but I intend on practicing and eventually get better and better. Cross fit is teaching me to keep progressing forward, learn from my weaknesses, holler with joy when I accomplish something, last place in a WOD is better than no place at all, and really have fun. Hope everyone has an incredible week.
