Good Afternoon from RISE. Pictured here are images I captured last week when I visited Nimais Bliss Kitchen on South Robinson in SOBRO (South of Broadway) during their current soft opening. This Dining venue brings a long awaited Healthy Encounter to the growing foodie landscape of THE BURGH . Owner Harry Raval (pictured), is pleased to be part of the citys revitalization and looks forward to a grand opening (where entrees will be introduced to the menu too sometime next week). Just a tip...there are home made bagged goodies that are vegan, gluten free and cooked only in sunflower oil that make nourishing and healthy to go snack items that are a must try (and perfect for lunchboxes or brown-bagging too). The dining space is filled with glorious sunlight from numerous skylights but what it is also filled with is hope to be part of the citys promising energy... sending a wonderful message that...Newburghs time is NOW! :)
