Good Evening Neighbors, My name is Napolean Mills and I am the newly elected Willow Creek Homeowner’s Association President. Having served as a board member for about the past three years, I have had the pleasure of serving with former president Anthony Mendez. Anthony did a tremendous job of leading the association during his term, and I hope that I am able to serve you as well as he did. I will like to give Anthony a huge applause for a job well done during his 4 years venture as WCHOA President. Now that I have taken the position to serve the community here some information about me. I currently reside on N Honey Springs, with my wife Dawn and three boys. I’ve live here at Willow Creek for approximately 7 years. I’m a Army veteran, and I take pride to have serve my country for 14 years. In 2004 I led an infantry squad in Operation Iraqi Freedom II and was awarded the Army Accommodation Medal and the Combat Infantry Badge. I have an education background in electronics, management and leadership. I’ve been on the board for about 4 year serving as secretary and vice president. I’ve also been the WC community watch coordinator for the last 4 years, which we have successfully kept our neighborhood safe. As your President, I pledge to continue improving the quality of life for our neighborhood by working hard to maintain and grow the Sense of Community that my family and I have found here. I will work hard to ensure that all residents receive equitable treatment from our Management Company and board of directors. In closing, I would like to encourage you all to become involved in the Homeowners Association, either through volunteering on neighborhood projects; service on committees or in Board or Officer positions.
