Good God now is not time to blame whos to whos to what ....now to be united and solidarity need....do we think Pag Asa explains storm surge very well I think NO a very big FAT NO in lay mans term...sana sinabi itoy parang tsunami na balik balik up to 15 meters high or whatever ...even Abscbn Ted Failon was not aware whats storm surge means he thinks it was just high running waves up to 15 feet that will struck breakwaters and done. Which we call it visayan term nagdudulok la but never happens it was a tsunami with a typhoon so dreadfull and devastating anyone could ever see, even me thinks like hiroshima in Japan atomic bomb dropp off ......what a indescribable natural disaster ever occur on my 42 years of my life......tindog tacloban.....waray biyaay estehanon....We will rise and we will rise again.
