Good Monday morning Father God. God who clothes the Lilies of the field. God who make to sun come up each day. Thank you for graceful holy and mercy. Lord as we near the day that we celebrate the birth of our savior. Help us to remember that it is about Jesus. Not about the gifts given and received. Help us to keep the day holy and bee thankful of the gift of Christ. Lord this time of year can be very sad for some. Lord touch them and give them comfort. Lord we also lift up those who cannot be with loved ones or those who have no one. Give them peace and speak to their hearts. Let them know that you are with them. To those who fight against Christmas and try to discredit the meaning of Christmas. Lord speak to their hearts and show them the true meaning of Christmas. Lord forgive us in our selfishness. Help us to be forgiving of others. In Jesus name
