Good Morning All, As a firm believer of the use of electronic monitoring, please understand that its a tool to assist you the bondsman with knowing the whereabouts of a defendant who has been bonded out. The technology should not detour you from properly assessing the potential risk the defendant may raise if you do choose to bond he/she out. Just because some technology is more difficult to remove than others, doesnt mean it wont 100% detour an individual from absconding. Remember its the quality, not quantity of the bonds you write. Dont be your worst enemy, being greedy and negligent can potentially put you out of business!
