Good Morning All. It is the start of a new day, my first order - TopicsExpress

Good Morning All. It is the start of a new day, my first order of business is to thank my son and daughter-in-law Joseph and Theresa plus Emma for taking care of the home front as we looked for that new home in Idaho and the perfect one for the horses was eventually found. Most recently the last trip, whereas we went up to put up new fences and we still are not done, there is much work that still needs to be done the biggest project is having to build nine run-ins so the horses are able to get out of the weather come winter. We also want to thank our family in Idaho for putting up with us and helping us during that week. There are so so many people to thank behind the scenes Lucy, Bev, Sheila, Patti for everything you do and continue to do to help the horses. This will be an excellent place for the horses, though they are in turn outs now and not in stalls, one group will have 6 acres to run in and the other two small groups will have approximately 2 acres for each group. The house sits in the center on a very small piece of dirt. From both sides of the house I will be able to see each group without obstructions. A bit emotional about it all, because we had this planned for approximately 3 years. wanting to find a better place to take the horses. However, when my father was diagnoised with cancer we put everything on hold as we would not leave him or mom. During this time dad and I talked of this dream, and he was so excited about it and he hoped he would be here for it. On January 22nd, 2014 we were sitting on his back patio talking once again of the dream...he looked right at me and said Follow Your Dream, in the early morning hours of January 24th, the Lord needed another angel and dad was gone, but the dream was not. Dad is with us every step of the way. We are hoping you will join us in this journey. We are asking if you would like to help with the upcoming needs for the horses it would be appreciated. We have 50 tons of hay lined up to help through this first winter, it is still in the field growing. The picture is that of our new hay storage and we hope to fill it up. On this page you may or may not notice we have a DONATE link at top of page. If you donate through here you are sent a receipt immediately for a TAX DEDUCTIBLE donation. Any amount will help us achieve this goal. We profoundly appreciate your kindness and assistance. Thank you ever so so much. This will be a challenging move but one we are up for so WAGONS HOOOOEE
