Good Morning Everybody. I survived Father’s Day. I hope you all had a great weekend. Now that Father’s Day is over, it’s time to get back to my usual silly self. In that vein, it occurred to me that we need a day to celebrate “divorcé Day. Celebrate the ending of an abusive relationship. There’s even a song for the occasion (sung to the tune Happy Birthday) Happy Divorcé day to you Happy Divorce day to you Your Ex is an asshole And smells like one too. How old are you now You’re still with that cow It’s time to divorce her (him) It feels great and how! Perhaps we can combine Divorce Day with National Home Wreckers Day. We also need a day to celebrate that special someone who broke up the relationship Home wreckers don’t get enough credit. If it wasn’t for the home wrecker, a lot of people would be stuck in unhappy marriages. Of course we need a song to celebrate the day. Just about any country song will do I’ll stick with my favorite Hank Williams tune, “Your Cheatin’ Heart”: Your cheatin’ heart Is just the start Divorcé is next Don’t shoot your Ex. You can celebrate National Divorce and Home Wreckers Day by purchasing the appropriate Hallmark Card (On Sale for 4.99 at your nearest Hallmark Store) and send it to your spouse, along with paperwork for your divorce proceedings. Don’t forget to hide all the assets you can get your hands on. Possession is 9/10’s of the law. Have a great day/
