Good Morning Everyone, Graham did have a great day yesterday! The Physical Therapist decided not to stand him up because he had lost alot of blood during the surgery on Wednesday and she felt he might not do well. He did receive 2 units of blood so he will be ready to be gotten on his feet today. Graham was able to do his Swallow study, which required sitting straight up and passed with flying colors. Last night he had real food, the first in 39 days. As soon as the Nurses see he is going to take in enough calories on his own, his feeding tube (in his nose) will come out. That will be a huge blessing to Graham, he says his nose hurts! We were moved to a regular room last night too, a scary step for all of us. We have gotten pretty spoiled by the level of constant care in CCU, but this move is a big step toward being ready to go to Rehab. Today Graham will be continue to get stronger purely by Gods Grace! We are looking forward to moving to Sky Rehab in Bowling Green within the next week or so. I promise I will post a photo of him soon! I, We will never be able to Thank you all enough for your continued Prayers!
