Good Morning Everyone. I hope this message finds you all well and creates some excitement in a change of pace as to activities. ~Creativity is allowing yourself to make mistakes. Art is knowing which ones to keep. ~ A few people have shared interest in doing some Art Classes while sipping on a few glasses of wine. I had the opportunity to meet Kimberly Tabay last night and she would be the young lady teaching the class. This is another pillar of Life Style Changes and allows for you to communicate different issues in life through the canvas. The Creative Pillar and expressing our emotions/thoughts/actions through art is just as important as exercising our Bodies Physically, Minds Intellectually, and Souls Spiritually. I look forward to this upcoming event and seeing some new faces of our Group. It would be another great opportunity for some of the veterans to meet the new team members.
