Good Morning Everyone...got somethings in the works waiting for a call from the Ags Office regarding the nuisance ordinance. Its kind of telling as I had told them when 5 of the 6 magistrates had conflicts of intrests...and voted for this ordinance anyway but prior to voting for it excluded themselves from it??? One Attorney at the Ags office said this needed to be challenged in a higher court said that if there are conflicts that should have been brought up prior to voting. Had they left it the same for everyone it would have been fine I believe. But 5 of the 6 magistrates own larger farms and by not including the larger farms and keeping themselves from being cited and prosecuted.A conflict may exsist. Also this election coming up they know if they included the larger farmers it would most certainly cost them votes...and because of the money involved they can afford to tie the matter up in court forever. They know all this... The safer route for them was to throw the rest of us under the bus.
