Good Morning Extraordinary People! Yesterday I spoke of avoiding barnyard talk. I had someone ask me, "Well then, what should they say?" Well, I say...THEY should say ANYTHING that EMPOWERS themselves and OTHERS! Mr/Ms. Such & Such, Mr/Ms. President, Dr. John Doe, or even Ms. America! But one thing for sure, nobody really wants to hear nonsense...but we all like knowing that others are looking for the best in us! As human beings the best of us will always live up to the BEST that others set for us! Kids that I mentor, I do not call them "At-Risk Kids" ...I call them "Empowered Kids!" Why...because our thoughts, words and deeds are all investments! Either good or bad. We can chose words that RETURN a GREAT HARVEST or we can be careless and INVEST words that are LAZY, BARNYARD, GHETTO and/or EMPOWERING! TRUST and BELIEVE, you ARE reaping what YOU have sown!
