Good Morning F/B Fans: I have a writing assignment in my Racial and Ethnic class. I am looking to interview someone of a different culture other than my own. I have to write a 2 page paper about my experience and what I learned about the culture. This paper may include: dispelling stereotypes, confirming former knowledge, or just appreciating someone different from myself. This is the outline for the project. 1). How long has the individual or family been in the United Sates? 2). Are they First, Second, or Third Generation immigrants or exiles? 3). Who arrived first, and who was left behind? 4). How was the individual or family received? 5). Who is yet to be reunited, if any? 6). What were the reasons for the move to the new country? 7). Are there any unfulfilled hopes or regrets? If so, what are those? 8). What ordeals have been suffered? Has there been any discrimination? 9). How well is the individual or family coping with the new language and the new culture? 10).
