Good Morning FB family, I am gradually getting back into my standard routine as we move quickly through the Labor Day weekend and the summer season. As I renew my spirit and reevaluate my plans for the fall season, my thought for today is how we must take a realistic approach to setting goals to ensure that they are within our reach but not outrageously high to attain. If we are not careful, realistic, and practical when we set our agenda to seek and accomplish, we set ourselves up for failure. Goals that we strive and stretch for being us a sense of fulfillment. Those that become an obsession may result in abandonment of values, a loss of self, and negatively impact those we love and care about. Achmebt should enhance the quality of life for self and others and not serve as a detriment or means of self destruction. Happy Sunday and enjoy your Labor Day tomorrow!
