Cardio 500cals burned in 30 mins?bench press 5x15 135lbs/incline bench press 3x15 90lbs/decline bench press 3x10 90lbs/Hammer Flyes 5x15 15lbs/Flat bench Flyes 3x15 45lbs/Marine Push-ups 3 sets 25 reps each set/cable cross-overs 5sets 60lbs/Pec deck 3x15 80lbs/obquies4 sets 25 reps while holding a 45lbs plate/crunches on exersie ball 1 set 200 reps.......That it....
