Good Morning, Family. Its The Greatest Of These Three Things Thursday Pt. 11 1 Corinthians 13:7-8 (AMP) 7 Love bears up under anything and everything that comes, is ever ready to believe the best of every person, its hopes are fadeless under all circumstances, and it endures everything [without weakening]. 8 Love never fails [never fades out or becomes obsolete or comes to an end]. As for prophecy (the gift of interpreting the divine will and purpose), it will be fulfilled and pass away; as for tongues, they will be destroyed and cease; as for knowledge, it will pass away [it will lose its value and be superseded by truth]. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. (NIV) Love never gives up, never loses faith, is always hopeful, and endures through every circumstance. (NLT) After spending a few weeks teaching on what love is not, its time to get back to teaching and reminding of what love is. Love is Fearless! Love uses its strength and grace in order to bear up under burdens, protect and persevere. I believe that love builds up as it bears up. It doesnt itself, break down and it doesnt break others down. Love will be tested or tried. In other words, it will be put on trial. Otherwise, how can its strength be demonstrated. Anything of value has to be proven or tested. Love believes the best about others. Love is not gullible, nor is it naive, because it is also discerning and wise. Love is not judgmental, because love covers a multitude of sins. Love is timeless. It never becomes obsolete, old-fashioned, out of date, or out of style. Love wont diminish. Love cant be diluted. Love wont be disturbed. Love cant be distracted. Love wont be discouraged. Love is truth. Its The Greatest Of These Three Things Thursday, Family. Lets live the life of Love.
