Good Morning Family!! Yes! Its Monday! Its a great day for NEW! New day! New opportunity! New Beginnings!! Easy Monday! I started off with some ab work. Heres a couple of my favorite ab exercises. The row is handled with a 20lbs bar. Hitting your core area real hard. I have my body on a incline for my leg lifts. If you are just starting out, having your back flat is just as good. You can do both exercises at home. Can goods, free weights, and a ball will work wonders in a seated position, while rowing from side to side. Your leg lifts can be done by holding on to the legs of a heavy chair, sofa, or a person. Whatever you gotta do..... Get going! Happy Monday!
