Good Morning Folks !!! Today I was brought back between 2006-2009 during my walk on The Trans-Canadian Highway leaving Foster Care officially in 2006 at 18, Spending the next 6 years with Grandpa whom helped me on my Journey of Independence with funds in Travel/Care and just being a Listener. I miss him a lot. Its been since July 2012 since I last saw him, Im sure hes doing well on his own, It really would be NICE if I could travel back to Prince Albert, Saskatchewan to visit him & old Friends again. As well, remembering during my 1st bus to Portage la Prairie, Manitoba (only had 40$ after foster care) I was tired but Awakened at night by the bus rumbling down the road. Once arrived at 9am, I walked to Manitoba ( I seriously didnt know how to hitchhike) then all the sudden (just like how Titanic rose dug in her pocket on the other ship) I dug in my pocket in the rain on the highway and found a half used Plane Ticket from 2005 (1st plane trip at 17 to Toronto) how I was super happy after walking for almost 1 hour, with wet clothes, hungry and exhaustion I took a plane to Toronto where I stayed Covenant House Toronto in-between taking a bus to Sudbury, Ontario (I was homesick) and walked back to Toronto, Ontario in 2007 I was super homesick and saved enough money for a Train VIA Rail Canada (1st ever) to Saskatoon, Saskatchewan (Guardian Angels lighting my way) I was given not only a bus ticket but a Free night stay in a Hotel as it was Winter, I also want to Mention the SUPER nice folks during my walk on The Trans-Canadian Highway whom gave me some rides, food even a place to stay for the night !! THANK YOU. I didnt stay long in Saskatchewan as I took another bus to Edmonton, Alberta in 2008 while making new Homeless Friends and staying in my 1st Mat-Program shelter (offer you mats in a Abandon Warehouse) onto more Shelters at 19 yrs. (just the other day I remember being in 1 shelter and lasting 1 week as there age limit was cut off at 20, but the staff really cared and offered everything they can on my Birthday...Still have yet to remember where it is in Edmonton, but THANK YOU) Then BOOM !!! As I didnt learn to hitchhike yet I literally walked from Edmonton to Saskatoon which took 4 days !!!! My feet were so sore, very dehydrated and starving By the time I got back......By then I stayed in Prince Albert for almost 1 year just to relax my body. Then I decided again to take a Bus towards Vancouver, British Columbia (last Foster Home promised to land there on summer vacation 2005 but didnt come to life, so I had the urge ever since) I landed in Spruce Grove, Alberta where I was again stuck until (now a Good Friend) came to play the slot Machines by the Casino I was standing by told me to wait to see how much shell get to get me a ticket to Vancouver.....Guardian Angels: That was her lucky night.
