Good Morning Friends!! I wanted to share with everyone this morning an experience regarding pain relief. Being 47 years old now (wow - that just hurts typing that) I am experiencing an ever growing amount of minor pains. Most of which are due to the many, many, MANY footballs kicked and punted during my earlier years. For a long time now, my lower back, ankles, and feet have had a consistent low grade pain. It would be worse from time to time depending upon many factors. Most of the time Tylenol or some other OTC NSAID would take care of the issue.
