Good Morning Green Bay. 99 years ago today, Lester William Polsfuss, better known as Les Paul, was born in Waukesha, WI. He was a (Wisconsinite!) musician, luthier, and inventor, and is best know for inventing the solid body electric guitar. Countless musicians have played Gibson guitars ever since, including: Jimmy Page, Eric Clapton, B.B. King, The Edge, Eddie Van Halen, Jeff Beck, and John Lennon to name a few. Speaking of entertainment, I am writing to post a quick reminder that the Bark N Blue event to support the K-9 program is a mere 3 days away, being held this Thursday from 6-9pm at St. Brendans.
