If youre starting or started your Summer Holiday shopping, then have a break and wind down at Metro Fitness. or why not even drop your children off to take part in Kids POW boxing sessions at 11.15am and also at 12.15pm or why not even join in and take part in one of our great classes which include Kettlebells at 11.30am, Abs/Core Stability at 12.05pm, Boxercise at 2.15pm, Metro Spin Express at 3.15pm! We are located in the Merseyway Shopping Centre after all!!
