Also, Police in Savannah are investigating a drive-by shooting that left a 21-year-old man dead. And Some 36,000 runners are signed up for this mornings Boston Marathon -- the second largest field ever. A year after the deadly bombings at the finish line, organizers and city officials have also put tighter security in place to protect runners and the larger than usual crowd expected this year.
