Confirmation: Please note confirmation processes take long due to wrong information sent through as well as investors sending information on behalf of friends/colleagues/family. Every investor needs to forward their details himself/herself. We cannot be held responsible for payment being made to the wrong account if you allowed someone to invest on your behalf. 2. Late Payment: Please Note that we try and resolve late payments to the best of our ability. Everyone WILL be paid. We would appreciate co-operation and patience. Impatience, rudeness and disrespect will not be tolerated. We are all here to help each other. 3. Office Hours: Please try to adhere to professional times which are between 8am and 5pm. 4. Complaints can only be addressed and resolved if we deal with them professionally. Any inappropriate language and threats will be removed and you will no longer be allowed to invest. 5.
