Good Morning Team DMC Happy Monday friends. Kicking off the 4th week of the year in style. I have arranged more creative quiet time to work on all my projects from home now on a Monday. Total immersion = maximum productivity. Already 2015 is flying in. Xmas is just a mere memory. What kind of year are you going to have ??? How will you develop, improve, grow and become even more successful. Up at 05:00am today ... Water, vitamins and minerals sorted. Motivational messages in my ear. Then straight into my admin. Emails, task list for today and the overall aim for the week ahead broken down and inserted into each day in 30 min sections. List tasks, prioritise then schedule. Julie and the kids will be gone soon and it will be all quiet. I will mobilise and stretch so a bit of light cardio and shower. I will be back at my desk for 08:30am and have 4 clear hours to get the rest done. All my crew are taking care of the coaching and day to day running of the gym while I do my thing here.
