Good Morning Team DMC Happy Saturday everyone. DMC HQ will be jumping today as per every Saturday. Just about to get stuck into a super sweaty bit of cardio and stretching. Yesterday was great I had a 250 strong audience of P7 and S1 pupils I got 100% opt in and told my best metaphor yet. Stories are to be lived not told. During the second part of 2014 I will be drilling and practising my speaking skills with the help of The Professional Speakers Academy and Andy Harrington. All this in preparation for 2015 and a busier schedule all going to plan.
