Good Morning Team DMC Happy Thursday Team. Sitting here getting ready for the day ahead. I have had my water probiotics, and herbal tea, done my mobility and after posting this will start work on my second blog of the week. Still trying to settle into a better schedule and organise all the food I have to eat. I will be there by the end of Jan. Smashing the stairs before coaching begins at 7am. Quick coaching day for me today with 6 sessions back to back all long term students and friends so a Thursday always flies by. Before I know it, its 1:30 and lunch time. Pablo, Steven, Grant, and Julie all have busy coaching diaries and Kirsty will be busy running the office. Another great day and another opportunity to set new standards once more.
