Good Morning, The new incarnation for daily guidance is being my authentic self. You will see more of my personal stories and struggles. I am being guided to be my full self, take of the masks and be mySelf. So as the new commitment to how I do my guidance, here is a humbling story that happened to me today: Today is about honoring your humanity. That means the bright and joyful, and the shadows of anger, frustration and becoming triggered. Being human is all of it. Even the dark, yucky stuff. Honor it, embrace it, and forgive yourself for your expectations of perfection. You are beautiful being you. I also want to give a little love to all of you that are having the experience of parenthood. I see you and love you for all that you do. As parents we need support of each other.
