Good Morning, Today is my Birthday, and I was hoping my heart would be lighter, but making that new commitment to myself to be full authentic in the moment, today’s message came out a little heavier. With the announcement of the US sending more troops to war and the threats of terrorists on the eve of the iconic 9/11, i was inspired to bring you a message to hold on hope. The fear can feel so real. The uncertainty can take control and the anger that can come out of feeling powerless is palpable. That is the power that these time can invoke. It is a calling to keep diving deeper with in. Know the truth, the real truth. The infinite that courses through your cells. Know what this planet it, and the contracts you make when you step on this planet. We all have been calling for change, but the process may look a little scary right now. Your power lies in know the truth. Keep the hope alive! I will leave with a quote from Mr. Mandela: “I am fundamentally an optimist. Whether that comes from nature or nurture, I cannot say. Part of being optimistic is keeping ones head pointed toward the sun, ones feet moving forward.
