Good Morning World!!! 8 eggs,1small onion,4 smoked sausage,150gr. Mozzarella,20 ml. Fresh Cream.30gr.Butter, 2tblsp Olive Oil,Salt,Pepper. 1) Beat the eggs and add fresh cream, salt and pepper. Keep aside. 2) heat the butter in the pan and sautée the onion, then add the sausage until slightly browned. Then remove from the pan. 3) heat olive oil in pan until hot and add the eggs and cool over medium heat until bottom is slightly hard. Then add the sausage mixture on top, followed by the mozzarella cheese. 4) cover for around 4 minutes over low-medium heat. Serve hot with buttered toast! Buon Appetito!
