Sportset Group Fitness: Pilates Absession Mat Pilates – 8:00-9:00 AM (Jen) Extreme Contact Kickboxing – 9:00- 10:00 AM (Raul) Rock Solid – 10:00-11:00 AM (Theresa) Sportset Yoga: Hatha Vinyasa *HEATED* - 9:15-10:30 am (Sasha) Dharma Yoga *HEATED* - 11:00 am – 12:15 pm (Flor) *Liz will be the substitute instructor for the 11 am Dharma class.
