EPF Member Registration You may register as a member through the following methods: Automatic registration You will automatically be registered as an EPF member when the EPF receives the first contribution from your employer. This registration will be made based on your name and identification card number as stated in Form KWSP 6 (Form A). Registration will be completed when the EPF receives verification of the information from the National Registration Department (NRD). Registration at the counter/bypost You or your employer may submit Form KWSP 3 at the counter or send it by post to register as an EPF member. You need to ensure that all personal details as described in Form KWSP 3 are complete and accurate and that the thumbprints are affixed clearly.
