Good Morning everyone. Hope you all had a great weekend. Well it is Monday great day to start a Les Mills class. Our classes for today: 5.15pm BODYPUMP with Jason. Weights -base resistance Training. Increases strength and Endurance tones and shapes. 6.15pm RPM and CXWORX. Both on at 6.15 today. RPM is a high intensity internal training improves heart and lung fitness. CXWORX tones core muscles improves functional strength for balance. 6.45pm BODYCOMBAT. Mix of Marital Arts and enduance builds self-confidence. Hope to see you in here today.
