Good Morning from Heaven. If I ever finish taking care of these puppies, maybe I will work on the computer to see if I can get it to let me post pictures again. But for now, I have too much to do. I am very sad to say, the puppies are outgrowing my abilities to care for them like they need, so I have asked Tammie if she has someone else that can help. If I had the proper whelping pen outside, which could be cleaned properly, this would be much easier. Keeping them inside has become very challenging for us. Since we both have medical issues that are really flaring up right now, I feel we are not able to care for so many babies at a time. Perhaps one or two would be manageable with the resources we have, but eight is a bit too many. They are now around 5 pounds each and by the time I wake up in the morning their cage looks like the bottom of a pig pen as they have made messes throughout the cage and on each other. As I type, I got a message back from Tammie, seems the only other option is an outside pen at her house. This will not work, as it will be below freezing for the next day or so, and stay too cold for them to be outside. So, we will do the best we can to help these babies until their transport is available in a couple of weeks. Tammie is still looking for someone to help us, but in the mean while we will do the best we can. Tommy is feeling better this morning, but still moving a bit slow. I am sure he will get to feeling better soon and back to his regular routines. Enjoy your day and remember to LLSW: & LLL
